Design Development
Our design team translates your brief into a full carpet specification — including pile height, pattern, weave structure, and colorway. If you have a Pantone or brand color system, we will match it.
You will receive a physical dye-lot sample and a digital design render for approval before production begins. No carpet enters production without your written sign-off.

Artisan Production
Your carpet enters our production floor at our Panipat facility. Master artisans hand-tuft each piece with meticulous attention to detail — following the approved design specification at every stage.
Quality checks are performed at intermediate stages of production, not just at the end. Pile height, colour consistency, edge finishing, and backing quality are all inspected against your approved brief before the carpet leaves production.

Quality Control & Delivery
Before dispatch, each carpet undergoes a final inspection against your approved brief. We verify dimensions, colour, pile height, and overall finish. Full photographic documentation is provided with every shipment.
We manage complete export documentation — certificates of origin, packing lists, and commercial invoices. We can coordinate with your freight forwarder or arrange logistics directly to your site in any of our 40+ active export markets.

What to expect, week by week
Standard orders are completed in 8–12 weeks from design sign-off. Complex bespoke projects with unusual dimensions or custom dye lots may take up to 14 weeks. Rush production is available for urgent requirements — contact us to discuss.
