About Weltessor Carpets
A manufacturer built on conviction.
We started Weltessor with the belief that the carpet industry was getting it wrong — prioritising catalogs over craft, volume over vision, and speed over story. We chose a different path.
Everything we do flows from one conviction: a truly exceptional interior cannot be completed with a carpet that was made for someone else.
Panipat produces more hand-tufted carpets than any city on earth. We grew up inside that industry — learning the looms, the fibres, the dyes, and the shortcuts people take. Weltessor was built to take none of them.
Established as a direct manufacturer, we deliberately removed the layers between craft and client. No agents, no distributors, no middlemen inflating cost and diluting communication. When you work with Weltessor, you work with the people who make your carpet.
There is no warehouse. No clearance stock. No "available now" options. Every carpet in our production queue was designed for a specific space, approved by a specific client, in a specific country.
This means our lead times are honest. Our specifications are precise. And every carpet we deliver carries the full weight of the brief it was built from.
A
Multi-station production floor staffed by master artisans. Each tufting gun is operated entirely by hand — no automated looms, no compromised precision.
A
Custom colour matching facility capable of replicating Pantone, RAL, and brand hex references. Physical dye-lot samples provided for every order before production begins.
A
Dedicated QC station for mid-production and final inspection. Every carpet is measured, photographed, and checked against the approved brief before dispatch.
A
Full export documentation managed in-house — certificates of origin, packing lists, commercial invoices. We coordinate with your freight forwarder or arrange logistics directly.
Four commitments. No exceptions.
01
We refuse to rush a carpet to meet an unrealistic deadline. If your timeline cannot accommodate the craft required, we will tell you honestly — and suggest what is possible without compromise.

We will never substitute a specified material without your knowledge. If a sourcing issue arises, we present alternatives with honest comparisons — and you decide. Not us.

Most of our business comes from repeat clients and referrals. That only happens when every single order — including the first one — is treated as if the entire relationship depends on it. Because it does.
Not milestones. Moments that shaped us.
Every business has a founding date. What defines a business is what happened after — the decisions made, the clients trusted, the standards kept even when it was inconvenient. These are ours.
Our first export was not a large order. But it was to a client who had trusted us without ever visiting the factory, on the strength of samples and a conversation. We delivered exactly what we promised. That client came back.
A potential client needed a large hospitality carpet in a timeline we knew was impossible to meet without cutting corners. We declined. They respected the honesty and came back six months later with a properly planned brief. That project became one of our best.
An interior designer sent us a swatch — a very specific shade of dusty sage that had no Pantone equivalent. Our dye team spent three days refining the match before we were satisfied. The designer said it was the most accurate colour match they had ever received from a manufacturer.
Before their first order had even cleared customs, a fit-out contractor from the Middle East sent us the brief for their next project. No new quote requested. No competitive tender. Just: "same process, new project." That is the relationship we build for.
We were reviewing active orders and noticed deliveries en route to a hotel in Dubai, a residential project in London, and a corporate office in Singapore — simultaneously. No marketing campaign had made that happen. Just work done well, passed on by word of mouth.
A pile height in a finished carpet was 2mm shorter than specified — within industry tolerance, but not within ours. We remade it. The client never asked us to. They have since referred three other clients to us, and always mention that decision when they do.
10+ countries.
One standard.
Geography changes nothing about how we work. The same quality, the same process, and the same communication applies to every order — regardless of destination.
